Shipping & Returns
Please review your order; Including your address before submitting it. We always encourage sending your packages to an address you deem secure. After a package has left our facility and has been marked as delivered through tracking WE CAN NOT RESHIP OR REFUND THAT ORDER FOR ANY REASON. If you believe that you may be the victim of a lost or stolen package please contact USPS customer service or your local USPS for further instructions or to file a claim.
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. A shipping confirmation email with the tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has shipped. The tracking number will be active AFTER 24 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends and holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed for a few days.
International orders can take 2-5 weeks for delivery, depending on how fast your country clears import customs.
We will do our best to ensure your order is delivered on time, Everything Nails cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather conditions, customs/border issues, or other service interruptions.
If your package don’t arrive within 7 business days, Please email us with your order number. We are not responsible for any lost packages.
We gladly accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original, unused condition/packaging and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Refund will be issued after the products are received in our warehouse.
